Jobdesc :

  • Melakukan proses administrasi pelaksanaan project serta penuntasan program project konstruksi Reguler dan VMS.
  • Membantu proses invoicing dari hasil input data progress daily SAP yg direkap secara invoicing monthly dari setiap waspang dan masing-masing team nya dari hasil progres yang sudah tuntas.
  • Menyusun setiap dokumen sesuai dengan format client mulai dari submit document, operasional cost sampai dengan clear invoice.
  • Melakukan tanggung jawab serta memastikan terkait data dari setiap project / site sesuai dengan alur dari starting project sampai finishing project sesuai document approval.
  • Menjalankan reporting updated harian, untuk plan dan hasil kerja dari PO / WO di setiap region dari masing – masing team.
  • Memonitoring aktivitas SAP (System Analysis and Product in Data Processing) mulai dari input data mulai start project sampai finish project yg dijalankan oleh waspang sebagai alert fungsional.
  • Menjalin komunikasi dengan pihak eksternal klien dan bekerja sama dengan baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal.
  • Meminimalisasi pending report project MRO & NRO dimasing-masing regional sehingga administrasi closing WO terukur sesuai dengan target.
 

Qualification :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 jurusan Ekonomi, Manajemen, teknik sipil, teknik telekomunikasi lebih disukai.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 – 2 tahun sebagai Administrasi, Admin project control pada perusahaan kontraktor infrastruktur telekomunikasi lebih diutamakan.
  • Mampu mengunakan microsoft office ( Excel, Word, Power Point ) dan pernah mengunakan sistem SAP, Accurate dan sejenisnya.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan terkait dengan , WO ( Work Order), PO (Purcase Order) , OPEX dan CAPEX.
  • Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi dan kerjasama team yang baik.
  • Teliti, detail, dan komunikasi yang baik.

Qualification :

  • Experience as Growth Hacker/Recruiter/IT Consultant/Digital Marketing/Copy Ads
  • Great Communication Skills, Creative, cheerful, and confident and demonstrable social networking experience
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing, SEO/SEM, Copy Ads, preferably in Human Resources Area
  • Social analytics tools
  • Having experience as a Moderator/MC is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Agile and Adaptable with change and face paced environment
